About me

An artist myself, I love the joy and enthusiasm of self expression. I understand the challenges involved in developing the skills needed to share that expression with the world. There is an innate creativity that we all have and it has been my goal to keep that creativity alive in all my students!

I love children’s art work and give each student’s work the respect it deserves as well as some positive critique to coerce the joy of expanding a skill set or trying something new.

My day job is running a visual art program at a private school on the Upper East Side. I have developed and taught several artist residency programs at local schools including PS 139.

I hold an M.F.A in Sculpture/Ceramics from the Pratt Institute, and have exhibited my work.
